Eagle Scout project Ross D improves our walking trail to the cemetery. Another Eagle Scout project a success. Calling all hikers, come check out our walking path to the backside of the memorial cemetery. Ross D gives his team a safety brief and about 20 helpers clear the way for an enjoyable trek to the top of the hill from the Picnic area left of the Pavilion. The Red trail for bikes crosses so be careful.

FORT DUFFIELD Earth Day 22 April 2023

Volunteers came out to help BEAUTIFY our cities pride and joy- FORT DUFFIELD  on this Earth Day/Park Day

As usual Sissy Masterson coordinated the food and refreshments for everyone. Volunteers included the Frost, Masterson, Flaherty, McCreary families, Janice, Bruce, Mike, Daniele, John, Kelly, Jim. We also put in 4 more memorial bricks: 1: William Murphy 2: Ed and Roszelle Moore 3: Dylan and Ashton Tate 4: Bill and Janet Rowe.

Career Councelors came out for Non Commissioned Officers Professional Developement training today. Had you asked the Soldiers back then if they wanted to see a career counselor they probably would have shot you. But, we had a rather large group of 25 Soldiers from Fort Knox come out and discover the importance  Fort Duffield.
